Returning Your Item: To request a return please email customerservice@inventist.com for an RMA form.

You may return any new product bought from Inventist (so long as it meets the criteria below) within 30 days of purchase. Items returned within 30 days will be credited back to the original source of payment. Items returned after 30 days may not be accepted for a refund*. *Refunds are for the price of the product, minus shipping costs, transaction fees and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Only items that are in "new, unused and resalable condition" will be refunded.

What IS NOT in new condition:

  • An item that shows signs of use that could not be repackaged and sold as new
  • Items missing accessories(the refund may be prorated for the cost of accessories)

ATTENTION: You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping cost to Inventist, including items with manufacturer defects. All shipping costs are based on weight and destination as specified by shipping providers.

Customized, large quantity orders, or used product cannot be returned for full value.

For exchanges, simply return your unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order. We require a Return Authorization # (RA) for all returns.

Used Returns

Items that show signs of use are non-refundable.

Defective Returns

A defective product is defined as a damaged product that is unfit for its intended purpose due to manufacturing or design flaw. All items will be accepted based on their warranty terms and time period.

Defective products can be returned to Inventist to be fixed or replaced at Inventist's discretion.

Defects caused by misuse, abuse, water, operation outside of the spercified limits or customer repair are not covered under warranty. Cosmetic damage is not covered under warranty.

Please contact customerservice@inventist.com prior to return of item for approval. Many issues can be solved without return of the item. When return is authorized include the following RMA form with the circumstances around the problem, a short description of the problem and a return shipping address and phone number.
